Hours (May 24th - August 3rd): Monday - Thursday: 10 am - 9 pm Friday - Saturday: 10 am - 10 pm Sunday: 12 pm - 9 pm
Hours (August 4th - September 1st): Monday - Thursday: Closed Friday: 4 pm - 10 pm Saturday: 10 am - 10 pm Sunday: 12 pm - 7 pm
Labor Day Saturday: 10 pm - 10 pm Labor Day Sunday: 12 pm - 9 pm
The last day to swim will be Monday, September 1st from 10 am - 7 pm, and we will close for the season on Tuesday, September 2nd.

CHECK-IN RULES
Main Pool Check-in Rules
· Active access card with photo required for entry.
· 12 years of age and below must be accompanied by an adult and require full-time parental supervision.
· 13+ years of age are allowed to come to the pool alone but must have their own access card. No guest is allowed with them unless the guest is 18+ years of age and has a valid photo ID.
· 18+ years of age are allowed to have guests with them.
· All residents/guests will be required to wear wristbands at all times inside the pool complex.
· Two (2) guests per household per day allowed.
Community Center Pool Check-in Rules

Guest Wristbands
If you have more than the two-guest allowed per household, then you may purchase up to an additional four (4) guest wristbands for $5 each. Guest wristbands can only be purchased at the HOA office during office hours of Monday-Friday from 9 am-5 pm.
POOL RULES
Access: Access to the pool/amenities area is for the members-in-good-standing of the Homeowners Association and their guest only, or those residents whose name appears on the lease document and their guest.
Guest: Guest must be accompanied by a homeowner or lessee. Up to two (2) guests allowed per household. Large groups or parties must contact HOA Office.
Rules:
1. HOA Management/Lifeguards/Pool Monitors have complete authority
2. HOA pool management/Lifeguards reserve the right to examine the content of all coolers. No Glass containers or alcohol are allowed.
3. No eating, drinking, gum chewing, or smoking while in the pool area.
4. Patrons under the influence of alcohol or other drugs will not be allowed in the pool or on the grounds.
5. Safety break is 5 minutes long, the final 5 minutes of every hour. During safety break no one under the age of 18will be allowed in the water.
6. No animals allowed in the pool or enclosure area with the exception of properly marked service animals.
7. Babies must be in approved swim diapers while in the pool. Babies in regular diapers are not permitted in the pools at any time.
8. Age Requirement for Main Pool Complex:
a. 11 years of age and below must be accompanied by an adult and require full-time parental supervision.

9. Age Requirement for Community Center Pool Complex:
a. 15 years of age and below must be accompanied by an adult and require full-time parental supervision.
b. 16+ years of age are allowed to come to the pool alone but must have own access card. No guest allowed with them unless the guest is 18+ years of age and has a valid photo ID.
10. No running or roughhousing.
11. To use the closed slide, patrons must be 45” tall or pass a swim test with lifeguard.
12. Tandem (lap) riding is only allowed on the open slide. Only a child under 42” in height may ride on the lap of an adult over the age of 18. No exceptions.
13. No water wings allowed. Only US Coast Guard approved life jackets or puddle jumpers are permitted.
14. US Coast Guard approved life jackets or puddle jumpers are permitted only on the open slide if child is being held by an adult.
15. No goggles, sunglasses, or eyeglasses are allowed on the slides.
16. Swimwear only. “Thongs” and “G-strings” are not permitted as approved swimwear.
17. Foul language and/or threatening behavior will not be tolerated.
18. No sitting, climbing, standing, or hanging on the swirl pool rocks.
19. No flipping/diving into the pool. At the lifeguard’s discretion, parents can throw their kids so long as they do not throw them into a flip or dive.
20. Nobody can be on someone else’s shoulders in the pools. This includes chicken fights and little kids on a parent.
21. Nobody can slide on the handrails into the pool.
22. No hard balls allowed in the pool. Approved pool balls may be used in controlled areas and at the discretion the lifeguards.
23. Flotation devices are to be allowed at the discretion of the lifeguards.
24. Patrons with infectious diseases or open wounds are prohibited from using the amenities.
25. The Homeowners Association assumes no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage to personal property or effects left in the pool area and assume no responsibility for any personal injury to you, your family members, or guest resulting from the use of the pool complexes, including the slides.
